Named in honour of my grandfather, a self-made businessman with exacting standards and timeless values, Eric Morgan stands for commercial discipline, long-term thinking, and absolute trust.
 

I don’t deal in theory. I’ve worked on the inside—running commercial strategy, diagnosing operational bottlenecks, building revenue systems, and working directly with founders to fix what’s broken or scale what’s working.
 

Whether it’s a business doing £250K or £10M in revenue, the challenges are often the same:
